What To Expect

1.

During our first session, we will gather extensive history about the child, and learn what their strengths and difficulties are. We will then use our clinical observation to observe the child in their natural setting. Then, we will use standardized testing to evaluate the child based on standardized scores.

2.

Therapists then create and implement specific goals, and a customized treatment plan to treat the child's individual needs. Therapists will discuss this treatment plan with caregivers, and adjust as needed to ensure optimal results for your child.

3.

Our therapists value the importance of involving the caregivers and child in developing treatment ideas. We will use your child's interests to create fun and engaging activities to help your child achieve their goals. Our therapists create a fun and safe environment for children to succeed and grow.

Personalized Treatment Plan

As OTs, we understand that each child has different needs and strengths. That's why we create an individualized treatment plan to tailor to your specific child. Our therapists may update the plan along the way, allowing them to provide resources and guidance that grows alongside the child. We encourage caregivers to contribute to the treatment plan by informing us of any changes in the child's routines, habits, or abilities.
